The work at the sculpture site will be split in to four phases.
Phase 1 The removal of hydro poles from the site Complete

Phase 2 Landscaping of gateway to glen Sligachan incorporating a natural stone dyke and wooden entrance gates. £10,000 has been donated from a private source towards this phase and work is scheduled to begin in early Summer 2011.

Phase 3 Paths and bronze relief. The gateway and path will lead to an area of reflection beneath the sculpture which will be built in to a natural hollow beneath the sculpture and hidden from view from the road. A natural stone seat and bronze relief panel of the Cuillin will be situated here enabling wheelchair access.
Phase 4
The sculpture is set in place on a natural stone stack above the seated area.
